Can't trademark "Action"

Don't be silly! Would iPadian be the highest market cap tech company
in the world today if they still were called Apple? They haven't built
a computer called "Apple" in over a decade!

I liked "Ingres" too, it implied a certain literacy and it doesn't
really have much luggage attached to it. Someone has either never
heard of it OR they utterly depend on it.

When I heard Actian I thought of a new laxative.

None the less, I hope Actian works out well.
