Go to esd.ingres.com and choose Documentation on the left hand side.
Choose Ingres 9.2 (it's the latest) and in the center panel choose
"Individual Guides". You'll want "SQL Reference Guide", "Embedded SQL
Companion Guide" (for Embedded SQL in C, suitable for most apps) and
possibly "Open API User Guide" (low level API for writing drivers and
such).
