Default Ingres 10S Geo - Webinar recorded and online - 05-24-2012 , 01:07 PM

Ingres 10S Geo - Webinar recorded and online

We just wrapped up our second webinar talking about the new features of
Ingres 10S Geospatial release. The webinar covered a brief intro to
some of the fundamental geospatial concepts, for those who are Ingres
users but needed to learn a bit of the context. We then dove into he
primary new functions and data types supported by this release. And to
close we did a quick survey of a few of the third party apps (Esri
ArcGIS, Safe FME, GDAL/OGR, Quantum GIS) that we have Ingres support
for.

I welcome any questions or feedback and invite you to watch the
recording:
'Webinar: Ingres 10S with Geospatial Support'

Thanks to all who attended and participated in the Q&A.

Best wishes,
Tyler

Has anyone visited the page?

The most amazing questions:

"Revenue Range: Under $99 Million"

"Under $99 Million" is the lowest possible response.

"What database do you use?"

No opportunity to select Ingres, except as "other".

What kind of message does this give out? - ingres is only for the
wealthiest corporations and nobody visiting the site is expected to be
actually using it.

I felt so humiliated responding with an income below $99 Million..

Good catch and sorry for the confusion, we'll get that fixed up.
In the meantime - here's a URL without such a strict gatekeeper

Ouch! That was embarrassing! We've addressed the issue with the
underlying technology!
Thanks for bringing it to our attention! *BLUSH*
