We have posted installers for Ingres 10.1 with geospatial support
built in.

The geospatial support makes Ingres compliant with the OGC SFS SQL
version 1.1 (i.e. same as Oracle & PostGIS).

Geospatial represents multiple billions of dollars of business, a
massive ecosystem around OSGeo, and is growing rapidly thus this is a
significant area of R&D and a key community project.
