Default [Info-ingres] Transaction errors - 09-28-2005 , 06:04 AM

Ingres SPARC SOLARIS Version II 2.6/0305 (su9.us5/00) login

Has anyone had experience with this error...?

E_QE0258_ILLEGAL_XACT_STMT A commit/abort/rollback was
attempted in a context where transaction
statements are not allowed.

They've started to appear in the server errlog.log.

I'm going to read some manuals and surf CA, in the mean time any pointers
would be appreciated.

Thanks

Gareth

Hi Gareth,

Do you have any Ejb (j2ee transactions) accessing this installation?
We had some errors like this at developing time. Some j2ee
transactions, if not properly performed or ended, could raise this
error. (It was long time ago, hope to remember it well)

HTH
Carlos
