[Info-Ingres] session id in IMA and IPM

Hi all,

when I look at ipm I see the session_id displayed as Hexadecimal value,
e.g. 80000001039de200.
If I look at the value in IMA I see 0009223372041210421760. If I put the
in an calculator and switch
between hex and int thevalues are correct interpreted.

Is there a column in IMA, that displays the hex value?

If you go into CBF, choose the DBMS and configure there's a parameter
"hex_session_ids". Set it to ON and restart Ingres (or the DBMS) and then
hex session ids will be returned to IMA.

Try select hex(bigint(session_id)) from ima_server_sessions
