Hi All,

I have a server which has thrown the following errors:

E_DM927F_DCB_INVALID An error closing database ldb22 has made it
unavailable by this server. In order to access this database, the server
should be shut down and a new server started.

o Also...

E_SC010C_DB_ADD Error adding database. Name: ldb22 Owner: lust Access
Mode 00000002 Flags 40000000

E_SC010D_DB_LOCATION Database Location Name: $default Physical
Specification: /dbdata1/II/ingres/data/default/ldb22 Flags: 00000003

E_DM0133_ERROR_ACCESSING_DB Error accessing database due to invalid
internal information. Access this

database from another server or shut this server down and start a new
one.

E_SC0121_DB_OPEN Error opening database. Name: ldb22 Owner: lust Access
Mode: 00000002 Flags 40000000

E_SC010D_DB_LOCATION Database Location Name: $default Physical
Specification: /dbdata1/II/ingres/data/default/ldb22 Flags: 00000003

E_DM0133_ERROR_ACCESSING_DB Error accessing database due to invalid
internal information. Access this

database from another server or shut this server down and start a new
one.

Invalid internal data prevents database access.

E_SC0123_SESSION_INITIATE Error initiating session.

I've restarted the server and all appears to be OK. Connections are now
permitted, the database looks OK and verifydb -odbms_catalogs says its
OK as well.

The installation is running: II 9.0.4 (a64.lnx/105)NPTL + 12479

This is the first time I've seen this error. I've checked on tech
support and on comp.databases.ingres and havent found a relevant
reference to the problem. Note that ldb22 is a local database and is not
involved in replication.

My systems guys are yet to get back to me on if there was a disk
problem.

Does anyone have an idea wht else I should look for on this one?
