No. I was just trying to make the point that in a large urban area
(3.3 million people), there are only a handful
of Ingres users. As Allan pointed out most people think Ingres was a
French painter, not a good robust DB.
Had the marketing been bettter (I have been using INGRES DB since
1990), there would likely be more users
and my job would be easier.
