Has anyone attempted to install Ingres 9.2 and patch13283.

My sysadmin reports an error with the patch installation:
"I have found flowing error line in patch.log file
backup_files:
C:\IngresII\ingres\bin\setingenvs.bat = 4/13/2009 8:40:19 - TimeStamp
Error. Patch file is older:
backup_files: Patch File
C:\ingres9.2\patch13283\patch13283\patch\ingres\bi n\setingenvs.bat =
3/16/2009 23:52:50"


I think it is a bug in the patch. I found patch13247 installed without a
prob, it does not contain setingenvs.bat.
I believe the setingenvs.bat file is written when the base is installed.
This line is determined at install time.

SET II_SYSTEM=C:\IngresII

I cant see any reason why the patch should be overwriting this file.

An easy workaround would be to rename your copy of setingenvs.bat,
install the patch, and then restore your copy.

That file shouldn't be in the patch. Ingres has been informed.
The next patch that comes out shouldn't have it.
