How to install Ingres Board system (the first open source Board Meeting Information )

I would like to present my problem below:

I have downloaded source code of IngresBoard here: OSOR Forge: Board
Meeting Information System: Project Filelist

and "Ingres Board Installation Guide", Ingres Board User Guide here:
OSOR Forge: Board Meeting Information System: Document Manager: Display
Document

My problem is I want to deploy IngresBoard system in both of Windows
and Linux system (in the present, I use Linux Suse). Although I have
read "Ingres Board Installation Guide" but I still can not make it run
as the same in your website: "https://ingresboard.ingres.com:9091/" and
"http://ratsinfo.schwaebischhall.de/".

How can I deploy, install it as the same you can do? Can you explain
more details and clearly for me?


Could you please give us your guide step by step from at the begining
for me to install in Windows and Linux Suse because I am a newbie in
Ingres database and IngresBoard also.

I appreciate you highly if you can help me for this issue. Thank you
