I had an interesting time getting IDS 11.70.TC2IE working yesterday.
The install process ran fine, but the "oninit" service wouldn't start
with an error message referring to the "WindowStation/Desktop" heap in
the Windows Event Viewer. I eventually found a manual registry change
that fixed it:
