After moving to a new DB server, I'm getting an error in the
online.log when I attempt to call an executable on the DB server.
System() command in SPL routine failed.
Win32 Error :A required privilege is not held by the client.

I realize that this is more of a Windows/permissions error than an
Informix problem, but I wanted to see if anyone out there had run into
this before. There are two local accounts that these calls generally
run under - one is a Power User, one is an Adminstrator - and the
system call is failing for both. I looked at another site that also
has a WIN2K3 x64 server and compared the Local Security Policies
between the two, but couldn't see any differences.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

you have to logon to the database using connect and supply a passwd
afaikr.

so gointo dbaccess choose connect -->>
fill in user and passwd and retry.?????????????!!!!!!!
