in the message log, i will see this at certain points but i do not
know what exactly why or what there is to do as a fix?

it is a bug, follw this thread to create the three missing tables.

Every new instance I configure, I got this error too.

Just drop the table mon_syssqltrace_info and wait for next time of the sqltrace task run, they will recreate all this and others tables...
