Default Replicate1 / DataMirror / etc - Trigger or Log Replication - 10-24-2007 , 08:27 AM

Hello

Does anyone know of software that will move data in real time, either
based on triggers or reading the Informix Log, besides Replicate1 or
IBM's DataMirror (which apparently does not even work with Informix).

Thank you

Do you want to move all your data? in which case HDR could fit the
bill. Do you want to move a subset, either of tables, columns or rows?
In which case ER is your friend. Are you moving the data to another
IDS instance/database or to a.n.other DBMS? in which case you may want
to look at EGM.
Platform, O/S, IDS Version, who, what, where, when, why?
More questions than answers !!!

Keith

Er, albeit a fairly unreliable friend who's likely not to be around when you
really need his help.
