I think that you can't do this: that is, it's free to end users but
Distributors need a distribution agreement, and this will not necessarily be
free.

I can put you in touch with the right people to negotiate with in the UK if
you like?

If you wouldn't mind - that'd be great...

I think a development VM (for example) would be a good idea - not limited to
Aubit4GL - but include PHP and any other tools others might be interested in
dropping onto it...
