Installing the 7.32 tools against 9.3 should be fine. Just remember to
reinstall your engine after you update your tools (rule of TEN). On the
other hand, if you only have 4GL runtime, be aware that 7.32 runtime
won't run 7.31 p-code, you have to re-compile.

We had not yet upgraded to IDS 9.4 and are still on 9.3. Can we install
4GL 7.32 on IDS 9.3 without any version conflicts or do we need to
upgrade to IDS 9.4 first?

One of our divisions is running fine on IDS 9.4 and 4GL RT 7.32 but we
need the runtime now and have no time to upgrade yet.
