Latest info from our support team for availability of 10.00.xC7:
eGA: 10 Oct
GA: 18 Oct

eGA = Electronic General Availability - Date when product files are
available for download (PPA) by customers
GA = General Availability - Date when product is made available on media
for shipping

No, sorry, don't have that info. We have downloaded 11.10.xC1, but just
to play with. We are currently working hard just to get our stuff
migrated from 9.40 to 10.00.

IDS 10.00.FC7 for Redhat AS4 came out on Monday (packaged up on
Friday, released on Monday)!!

...and since others on this thread have posted estimated dates and no-
one from IBM seems to have complained...

IDS 11.10.FC2 for Redhat AS4 the current estimate is Oct 22 (better
say end of the month).

Conservatism. It would be a brave user who went live on a
high-availaibility system with the first couple of releases of *any*
vendor's software.

And, indeed, 10.0FC7 is available for download today, at least for the OSs I
need it for, which are Linux x86, Solaris and AIX!

If anyone from Tech Support is reading, and I know they often do, would
there be any simple way of associating an automatic customer notification to
a PMR so that those waiting for the release of a specific version in order
to correct a bug could be notified without having to keep logging into PPA
to check?
