Default New Feature Request for HDR/RSS in place upgrade. - 10-19-2010 , 05:05 PM

In place upgrade for HDR and RSS secondary servers.
Requiring a backup/restore to re-initialize the HDR and RSS servers is
no longer acceptable.
In the case where we have our RSS servers located in different data
centers, the time it takes to send a backup is over a week.
Bandwidth for a 5TB system is costly. Having the ability to upgrade
HDR and RSS in place is a much needed feature.

If you want this feature, submit a feature request to IBM.

Thanks

Just launched a thread for new features survey
I'd vote for this one with my two hands and I could raise a few more at
least from one customer

Please check the others, and eventually consider them for a vNext survey
when the time comes.
Regards.
