Neil Yuhanna of Forrester has a blog about databases and application
development. Recently he posted an entry where he stated that an average
DBA can manage about 25 databases or about 1TB of data. I piped in about
how many more databases and how much more data an IDS DBA can handle and
others have piped in as well. I'd like to see lots of folks chiming there
about how great Informix is from a TCO viewpoint. The URL is:
