Default ISQL install - 02-03-2011 , 02:19 PM

Ok, so after clearing up what the users needed, I attempted to
install ISQL and I am getting the following error.

"etc/brand: Cannot open file -- igens09a.so probably not in current
directory"

I have CSDK installed prior. Should I have installed isql first?

I appreciate any help on this, thanks.

Sorry, forgot to add some detail... The install is to an application
server. The CSDK version is 3.70 fc1 and the Isql I have is version
7.50 fc5. The app server is running aix 6.1

You may have to reinstall CSDK after installing ISQL, but the fact that CSDK
was already installed should not cause a problem.

Is there a file named igens09a.so anywhere under $INFORMIXDIR? There should
not be any dependency on existing files to install ISQL, however.
