It should be available. However, if you have installed 11.70, the 3.70 CSDK
is included in that installer. You should be able to extract it. On your
other question, they are the same. The CSDK "regular" and DE are identical,
both are development. The pure runtime package would be iConnect 3.70 which
just doesn't contain the ESQL/C compiler; ESQL/C, CLI, & C++ static
libraries; and header files but has all of the shared libraries and message
files needed for runtime support.
