So how do I go about notifying Support? I've never done this before. Don't get me started on the ibm.com website. It usually takes luck and cunning to find the IDS download each time, a support link that gets me in touch with the appropriate person is out of my league I'm afraid (I actually tried). |

According the IBM website, Estonia's support details are here: http://www.ibm.com/planetwide/ee/. My guess is that Informix support is covered by IBM UK, in which case by far the easiest way to raise a call is to email ifmxsup (AT) uk (DOT) ibm.com. You should also be able to raise calls through the IBM Electronic Service Request tool: I find it impossible to assiociate my IBM ID with the Passport Advantage agreements that entitle my customers to support, but I'm told that other people do manage. If you gt your Informix support from an Independent Software Vendor though, you have to contact them. |

PMR 436,19999,866. It was fixed I think in FC5, but FC5 and FC6 have new bugs that are more debilitating than this one to our customer, so we're waiting now for FC7, due out in the autumn according to the latest update.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - |
