I've seen lots of mention recently about 11.5 xC7, both in the context
of the new licensing packages which apply only to this version

But it doesn't actually seem to be available, certainly not on my
customers' Passport Advantage sites, nor on the IBM trial downloads
site,

Does anyone know when it is to be made available?

I downloaded it for a customer (using a customer associated account).
Please try to check with the passport team what's happening....

The official word I saw is that it was available for download on May 25 and
for media shipment early June (like this coming Monday IB).

accounts are in as last time I checked there seems to be a different
PPA software server for each region or so I was told. Maybe try an
account in another region?

The problems and answers I got before:
Someone just forgot to upload the version you wanted to your server
(it was available to US customers just not in Singapore).
There is not enough space on the server to upload the file. IBM
internal blue dollars all have managers in charge of them and nobody
wants to spend anything for risk of losing their bonus (e.g. for a
bigger disk). So you don't get the software because someone needs to
work out what to delete in order to upload a new product (I am not
joking).

Well, I've since had several (maybe 3) emails from IBM US stating that
Ultimate Edition is now available to me under Passport Advantage (PPA).
Unfortunately (this is a common headache, not applicable just to media
release) these automated emails do not identify which Customer account they
apply to, and as I have 19 customers assocaited with my IBM ID, I have no
idea which they are. I've just looked at PPA for another 3 customers,
including Ardenta's own site, and Ultimate remains unavailable for any of
them.

Thanks though to John at IBM UK who pointed out that it's available at Fix
Central.
