Post your hardware configuration (number, speed, and type of CPUs, system
model, amount of memory, etc.), the contents of your ONCONFIG file and
sqlhosts file, and the output from:
onstat -p
onstat -u
onstat -g glo
onstat -g ath
And we'll see if we can spot amything.
