Error 1069 when starting service

Hi,

I get an error 1069 logon failure when starting the informix 7.30.TC7
service on Windows NT4 SP4.

I have a user "informix" which is assigned to the Administrator and
Informix-Administrator groups.

Does anyone have some clues?

Upgrade Informix.
7.30.TC7 does not work after SP3 because Microsoft changed critical items in
services.
