Several large tables located in a single dbspace of a database were
inadvertently truncated. I attempted an onbar restore of the dbspace
but received the following error message in onbar log: "Storage space
<dbspacename> is not down so it will not be restored." But I've
restored individual dbspaces before with down chunks. So how do I
mark a chunk in the dbspace down so that I can restore the dbspace
now?

Running IDS 10.00.FC6 on RHLAS4.
