Current Informix versions don't allow the auditing of SQL statements within
the audit infra-structure.
The auditing operates at "operation level" and a single SQL stament may
trigger several of these operations.
Theoretically I believe the product could be changed in order to create
another "audit operation" that could be something like "execute query" that
would dump the SQL statement but that is not implemented. I've seen some
questions/references/suggestions about this, but can't remember
what/where/when. Eventually there is a feature request for this.
You can audit the statements with external tools like IBM Guardian. I belive
I-Spy can also do this, but I haven't seen much of this lately.
In short, there is not hidden switches that allow you to do that.
Depending on your needs, maybe you can get some info from SQL Trace
facility. But by no means it can be classified as "auditing".
Regards.
