Specifically, I want to know what new error codes were added in DB2 v9.7 that weren't in 9.5, as well as what were removed (if any) or changed meaning (if any).

Is there an existing document that lists this?

There is no such document published.
However I see no reason why you couldn't get a summary if you ask us
nicely and provide a sensible reason....
