Default Urgent request: Db2 on Z/OS - How can a recovered tocopy tablespace be empty? - 10-07-2007 , 09:34 PM

Hi all, I am running a recover tocopy procedure and twice with
different image copy I found this informational message AND no data
recovered:

DSNUCBAL - THE IMAGE COPY DATA SET DPDD.IMAG.ANG00001.TS00011S.G0118
IS PARTICIPATING IN RECOVERY OF TABLESPACE
ANG00001.TS00011S
DSNUCBMD - MERGE STATISTICS FOR TABLESPACE ANG00001.TS00011S -
NUMBER OF COPIES=1
NUMBER OF PAGES MERGED=154543
ELAPSED TIME=00:02:57
DSNUCARS - INDEX IS ANG00001.TS00011S IN REBUILD PENDING
DSNUCARS - ALL INDEXES OF ANG00001.XPK00011 ARE IN REBUILD PENDING
DSNUCATM - DB2 OBJECT RECOVERED TO AN INDETERMINATE POINT
DSNUCBDR - RECOVERY COMPLETE, ELAPSED TIME=00:02:58
DSNUGUTC - REBUILD INDEX(ALL) TABLESPACE
DSNUCRUL - INDEX NAME= ANG00001.XPK00011 IS EMPTY
DSNUCRUL - TABLESPACE ANG00001.TS00011S IS EMPTY

I have never come across this before. Could someone tell me what is
going on here? Empty backup copies? Is that possible? How can I tell
if I have data on a backup copy?
