SQL0902C with reason code="32" - 10-09-2007 , 08:08 PM

I am getting the following error executing SP. Error happens
sometimes. Does any body have any suggestions how to fix it?

SQL0902C A system error (reason code = "32")
occurred. Subsequent SQL statements cannot be
processed.
