According the IBM download site:

NOTE:
DB2 9.7 FP3 has been released again.
DB2 9.5 FP6 has been released as DB2 9.5 FP6a

Everything looks good for 9.5 FP6a, but 9.7 FP3 server and universal
editions still do not show up in the list of FP3 fixpacks.

Can someone from IBM notify them to fix it.
