how to find the middle tier machine which is locking account ondatabase server

hi,

we have some server connecting to database server running 9.5 FP 4 on
AIX and locking account. this server must have wrong password. how to
find which IP address or hostname locking account ?

My guess is that an authentication failure is logged in db2diag.log.
You might want to check there.
