hadr_timeout and hadr_peer_window with TSA - 10-08-2010 , 01:48 PM

Hello, how does parameters hadr_timeout and hadr_peer_window impact
TSA capability of doing takeover (either forced or planned..depending
on whether unplanned or planned outage). Do they impact perfromance of
take over time, application reconnect time etc
