Not sure, if I understand your question. I guess you meant you wanted to
have an explanation, if there were any impacts.
But usually you should put your archived logs into a save place, like a
backup storage system. Or at least move them off the system. If you have
a problem with your hard disk (or filesystem where the archived logs
reside), you won't be abe to restore the database.
