DB2e FIPS 140-2 Compliant???? - 05-22-2006 , 04:20 PM

I am developing a windows mobile application for the government and
need to know if DB2 Everyplace database and TLS is FIPS 140-2
compliant. If so, what algorithm does it use? AES, 3DES, RSA, etc...
