I downloaded DB2 personal developer's edition for Win32 platform.
How do I install the software on Windows XP? When I run the
downloaded EXE, it starts to unzip. The unzip completes, and
then nothing happens.

There should be a SETUP.EXE somewhere in the folder you extracted it to.
