Default DB load inserted future date instead of Default current timestamp. - 09-16-2011 , 06:42 AM

Hi DBAs,

We are facing an issue. when we tried to load some data from JVM
application to some tables, after loading we found that the table got
inserted with future date instead of inserting DEFAULT CURRENT
TIMESTAMP where server date-time and timespamps in all the logs are
current only.

we are using,

Database server = DB2/SUN 8.2.9

solaris version = 64 bit
$isalist
sparcv9+vis2 sparcv9+vis sparcv9 sparcv8plus+vis sparcv8plus sparcv8
sparcv8-fsmuld sparcv7 sparc

This is happening recently anf frequently.
Please suggest some ideas why this is happening and how to overcome
this?

Appreciate your help. thanks

Not sure what you mean by load, can you provide an example. Also, how is
the date column in your table defined?
