I am using vs2.0 sp1 and back-end server db2 9.7(fixpack1).I am
getting the following error if am installing db2 9.7 (fixpack4).

Could not load type 'System.DateTimeOffset' from assembly 'mscorlib,
Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.

Above error is coming only when am using db2provider.if am using oledb
provider above error is not coming.
But My application is working fine with fixpack1 for both the
providers(db2,oledb)
can any one give a solution to resolve this issue?
