Can i add the DB2 Connect Personal Edition V9.7 license file (from a
commercially licensed copy) to a directory in my DB2 Express-C V9.7
installation to obtain connection to z/OS without actually installing DB2
Connect Personal Edition? I believe the license is a jar file.
