Team developer 3.0 has a new version of ImageMan DLLs it is deploying.

The strange this is, our application using TD 3.0 runs just fine but
after
an Oracle 8i (8.1.7) client installation has been made on the computer
DLL initialization problems occur like
"DLL initialization failed" im31wmf.dil (DIL, yes that's right).

I have no idea what the caus of this is. Is is not
related to the PATH. When I remoce Oracle out of the way in PATH the
problem persists. It must be something deep in the registry or
something.

Any ideas?
