Related table with the following fields: Two Areas with Area Code and name (Z1/North, Z3/South). These are 2 separate fields: code and name. Each Area has 3 Jurisdictions with Jurisdiction Code and name. These are 2 separate fields: code and name. Each Jurisdiction has a number of towns with Town Code and name. These are 2 separate fields: code and name. MAIN Table called Subject Identification with fields to match to Area code, Jurisdiction code, and Town code. Each drop-down list is based on a field in the Related table. Problem: (1) On my Subject identification layout based on my MAIN table, select an Area code from a drop-down list. (2) In the next cell (not a portal) have only the related Jurisdiction codes appear as choices in a drop-down list. (3) In the next cell, have only the related Town codes appear as choices in the drop-down list. I have no problem with (1) and (2) but can not get (3) to work. |
