I been looking at this program at work and I not familiar with it and
do not have a book. Can someone tell me how they convert or start the
kiosk setting? I do not see it in any of the menus.

Kiosk mode is available only with standalone solutions made with FileMaker
Pro Advanced.

Tools--> Developer Utilities--> Solution Options--> Enable Kiosk Mode for
non-admin accounts.

The various users guides are available as PDF files either in your program
folder or downloadable from FileMaker.com.
