Basically I have 2 files that 4 people need to access. Users 1, 2 & 3 will
do data entry utilising popup value lists & possibly print reports. User 4
only has to perform basic searches.

User 1 - 2 files hosted on a 8000/384kb ADSL service
User 2 - connects to host using FMP via 512/128kb ADSL service
User 3 - connects to host using FMP via 1500/256km ADSL service
User 4 - connects via IWP (on an ADSL service).

Currently I own 2 seats for FMP7, & realise I'd need another seat for user
3, but will this set-up still allow to publish using IWP?

All machines will be running Win2K, XP or possibly Vista.

Can someone tell me if this is possible with FMP7 or do I need to upgrade?
If so what do you recommend?

Thanks

Rusty

Yes it will be possible. Your IWP slots don't take away from your FMP slots,
so standard FileMaker will let you host 5 of each. Your only challenge will
be getting a copy of FileMaker 7 (since 8 is what is sold right now, and 9
is a couple months away.)
