We're doing a point-of-sale application. We're using a Datamax Barcode label printer. Filemaker prints fine, but is constrained by the Page Setup's paper size limitation. We would like there to be a single "print" button that will adjust the paper length to correspond to the label in question. Each label has a variable amount of data, and we're using the sliding feature (vertical only). The printer automatically cuts the label to length. Is there an Applescript or Filemaker script to adjust the printer's paper size? Just about any hack will do, as the computer will have no other duties except to run this program. We're using Mac OSX 10.3+. |
