Is it possible to choose a value liste from from a criteria of another field
?

Category / sub category

Let says I have a category field with 5 categories. So depending the
category choosed the sub category field will show a different list.

Create a value list based on a relationship, this is possible as of
FileMaker 5 and higher since you didn't specify your version of FM.

It is with version 7... and it works.
