Hi, I have created a value list in my database that allows a user to add a new entry if an appropriate one is not available by simply clicking on "other" in the popup list. However I can't seem to find a way to delete an entry in case it was misspelt or inapropriate. I know I can create an external file with the values, but I was hoping to keep it as simple as possible. The people that will be using the database will not be computer savy enough to go editing external files. Is there a quicker way to edit the contents of a value list? Thanks in advance for any assistance, Regards, Sue |

Change the format to a Pop-up Menu instead and then you can use the "Edit" option. Helpful Harry Hopefully helping harassed humans happily handle handiwork hardships ;o) |

Just went to try that but the only options are as follows: Edit Box Drop Down List Pop-up Menu Checkbox list Radio Button Set and Drop-Down Calendar All the above options have the edit option greyed out or simply not present for some of them. Any more help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, Sue. "Helpful Harry" <helpful_ha...
