Hi. I don't know how to set up the web companion to run in os x
jaguar 10.2.

The instructions for this in the help file are for os 9 some of which
don't exist anymore.

I have filemaker developer 6.

I can't do a post command, but I can see my file in the browser under
127.0.0.1:591 under the instant publishing?

Setting the IP to http://127.0.0.1:591 does not work for the post
either.

-- I have it configured to port 591 It does not work on 80 either for
post.

Can Anybody help me?

I'm just new to web publishing on FileMaker, but I had trouble with this
as well. I have FileMaker Pro 5.5, and I used port 1024 and it seems to
work fine.
