I never saw the original question either. What do you need to do that
FileMaker's built-in 'Dial Phone' step doesn't do?

I am trying to get caller ID working and to get the client details to pop up
onto the screen!

I have been trying to get hold of the Telephoen Plugin that was announced
previously but have been unable to contact the company, looks like they
stopped doing business!

I am told it links with Outlook (Limited) and Access (Better)

Has anyone come across this or get any understanding of it?

If so, is it possible to link it to Filemaker?

I was hoping to buy the Filemaker plugin but it seems to be impossible to
contact the company and the web site seems down!

Yes, with some scripting it will do what you need. There is a website as
well as a free 30 day trial. I think the price to unlock after the trial is
$12.

OVOLAB on Mac does that very nicely, and a lot of other features. They
give scripts for FMP.
