It comes with software called Equinox Software which is meant to be a
database.

I am told it links with Outlook (Limited) and Access (Better)

Has anyone come across this or get any understanding of it?

If so, is it possible to link it to Filemaker?

I was hoping to buy the Filemaker plugin but it seems to be impossible to
contact the company and the web site seems down!

I am currently searching for a plug-in that can be integrated into FM11 (WINDOWS version) and can use our existing telephone system (Splicecom's Maximiser PCS60) that would allow direct dialing from filemaker and also allow scripting so taht I can force users to add note to clients file.

Any suggestions?

I'm currently working on a TAPI Plugin for FileMaker which I'm in the
process of testing in our own work environment if you'd be interested
if taking a look at some point?

I'd need to make some modifications as there are some parts which are
hard coded to fit in with our requirements.
