I have a problem doing the following:



I have a file with student records: Student name, Class, and Grade



I have classes A,B, C and D



I wand four calculated fields to display maximum grade of class A, maximum
grade of class B, maximum grade of class C, and maximum grade of class D.



Any help will be much appreciated!

1. Sort the records by Class then Student Name. Force new page on Class
field

2. Make a sub-summary section on layout (select place below) sorted by Class

3. Create a summary field called sMax_Grade

4. Place summary field in the sub-summary section of layout. Format value to
required dec. lace number.
